A safe place to be seen, heard, and understood.

Compassionate, evidence-based counseling for adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and difficult seasons of life.

Christian counseling is available for clients who desire it, and people of every faith background—or none—are warmly welcome.

A steady place to begin

You do not have to navigate this alone.

Life can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You may be carrying pain from the past, facing a major transition, struggling in an important relationship, or realizing that the ways you have coped are no longer working.

Counseling offers a supportive place to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, healthier relationships, resilience, and hope.

Beth’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients recognize patterns, develop practical skills, build healthier perspectives, and create lasting emotional growth.

“While the past cannot be changed, it can be understood and healed.”

Optional faith integration

Faith can be part of the conversation—when you want it to be.

For clients who desire Christian counseling, Beth thoughtfully integrates faith into the counseling process while honoring each person’s individual beliefs, experiences, and goals. Christian faith is never a requirement for working with Beth.
